Carolina Cardiology Consultants, in close cooperation with Baptist Easley Hospital, has expanded to Easley and opened an office at 101 Richard St. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held Oct. 18 with the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce. The practice will provide in-patient cardiac services at Baptist Easley, giving patients the advantage of having their cardiac care close to home.
The practice is unique in that each cardiologist, besides practicing general cardiology, has chosen an area of specialization. These areas include nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac pacing, cardiac imaging and interventional cardiology. Seven physicians will practice in the Easley office and will provide prevention and management of cardiovascular disease.
Physicians in the Easley office include Jim R. Baucum, MD, FACC; Trey Chandler III, MD FACC; Jeffrey Dendy, MD; Jay Gaucher, MD, FACC; Craig Hudak, MD, FACC FACP; Graham Parker, MD, FACC; and Jesse Jorgensen, MD, FACC.
