High on the Hog announced the recent opening of it’s restaurant and catering business, located at 900 East Main Street in the 900 Block Plaza in Easley. Owners, Matthew Self, Carol Self, and Brian Karr are local people who took a leap of faith to realize their passion in life, which is true Southern BBQ! “We are proud to share our age old family recipes with your family, said owner Carol Self. The restaurant opens at 11am daily, Monday through Saturday, with extended hours for tailgating, and catering anytime. They recently started a music series on Saturday evenings.
