Easley Town Center- View of the new Walmart Super Center building construction. Taken September 15, 2010
The new Easley Town Center is well underway. The massive amount of roadwork to build the new Prince-Perry Bridge has been mostly completed and all the additional road work in front of Rock Spings Baptist Church and on up Highway 123 toward downtown Easley is now receiving finishing touches. Highway 123 and the Prince Perry bridge were both raised several feet in order to accommodate the needed clearance for the new bridge. The photo above shows the road improvements very clearly. The site ground work is also mostly completed and the walls of the New Walmart Supercenter are now going up.
