Coyote Coffee joins the Easley Chamber of Commerce
Coyote Coffee Café recently held a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of their new store located at 1035 S. Pendleton Street in front of Wal-Mart, in the space formerly occupied by Baskin Robbins. Coyote Coffee is an upscale coffee house that offers all of the same amenities found in the world class cafes of London, Paris, and Seattle; as well as a wide variety of menu items. “The key to a perfect drink is the quality of the espresso machine and the type of espresso beans used in it”, says Tunckie Lay, the owner/operator. With that in mind, Coyote Coffee has a world champion barista machine, the Nuova Simonelli Aurelia, which was imported from Italy. The next step was obtaining the highest quality of beans. Tunckie’s beans are organic, rainforest grown, and certified for the highest quality. They are roasted here in the upstate, and delivered the morning after roasting.
The atmosphere of Coyote Coffee is that of a fine dining restaurant, along with wireless internet access. You can enjoy your favorite drink while checking your email or chatting with your friends on the web. For those who don’t have time to come in and sit down, Coyote Coffee also offers drive thru service for coffee on the go.
The menu includes lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas, however, that’s not all that they offer. If you aren’t in the mood for a hot drink, you may opt for their blended frozen or iced drinks. They are absolutely out of this world! If you are searching for a delectable fruit smoothie made from real fruit, this is also something you need to try! Other specialty items include fresh baked muffins, bagels, and cakes. Lunch items include chicken salad, turkey, ham, and veggie sandwiches on freshly baked bread. For those who just want a “regular old cup of coffee”, they have that too, but it’s just made from the highest quality beans they could find. Patrons who prefer to brew their own coffee can purchase beans by the pound and enjoy their Coyote Coffee experience at home.
