It is sponsored by the Easley Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with chambers from Anderson, Greenwood, Oconee, and Pickens Counties. The 2009 Forum will begin early Monday evening, May 11, and conclude by Wednesday at Noon, May 13. Register with your $200 Non-Refundable Deposit by February 6, 2009 and deduct $40 from the total amount! Balance due by April 6, 2009. Total cost of trip is $999 for single occupancy and $674 for double occupancy.

Itinerary

Monday, May 11th
· Arrive Washington, D.C.
· Check-in L’Enfant Plaza Hotel, near the Mall (afternoon)
· 6:00 p.m. Gather for reception and networking, followed by dinner as a
group in a private room at the Hotel.

Tuesday, May 12th
· Breakfast at Hotel
· Leave Hotel for Library of Congress with scheduled speakers. 9:00 a.m.
start time at the LOC
· 12 noon Luncheon in private dining room at the Library of
Congress. Afternoon continued speakers in Members’ Room
· 3:00 Adjourn. Remainder of afternoon and evening free.

Wednesday, May 13th
· Breakfast at Hotel and check-out (Hotel will hold your luggage)
· Speakers at the Library of Congress until noon
· Noon Return to Hotel. Prepare to return to the Upstate.
