The membership of the Easley Chamber of Commerce elected five new board members through ballots in October. They will begin a three year term in January 2009.

Scott Buckhiester – Vice President – Dunburks
Janelle Montgomery – Public Relations Director-Southern Wesleyan U.
Tiffany Martin – Fitness Director YMCA
Emily DeRoberts – Business Relations Manager Duke Energy
Tripp Martin – V.P. Palmetto Bank

“I am pleased with the amount of participation from the membership and the outcome of the vote,” stated Michael Dent past Chamber chairman who certified the vote results. “This is a great group of leaders who will help the chamber for the next three year.”
