Upstate Bank Opens New Location

Pinnacle Bank, a community bank headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina held a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Powdersville Council announcing the opening of their new branch at the intersection of Circle Rd. and Highway 81 in Powdersville.
Bank President David Barnett said “we believe banking is about building personal relationships. We look for opportunities to grow where we can combine a great market with great bankers, and with our team of bankers lead by Branch Manager Celia Thompson, we feel confident that Powdersville provides us a great opportunity.”
“This community is changing and growing. Businesses and families are choosing the area to build their futures,” said Thompson, “This is another step toward our commitment to that growth, as well as serving our existing customers here.”
Pinnacle Bank opened in January of 2006. The bank’s first branch is located at 937 North Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville, and it opened its second location, in Powdersville, in 2007.
