Hospice Care of South Carolina has been serving patients and their families for more than eleven years. As the largest single hospice provider in South Carolina, Hospice Care of South Carolina prides itself on offering patients and families access to professional care from local staff in local offices. Hospice Care of South Carolina is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid, but cares for patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Hospice Care of South Carolina’s Easley location serves both Pickens and Oconee Counties. Our office is located at 900 East Main Street (Suite E) in Easley. Our local staff includes multiple nurses, a community relations director, social worker, multiple home health aides, and a chaplain. Our staff provides care to patients and their families in the home and in healthcare facilities.
