Dr. Ed Sherbert spoke to the Easley Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon at the Kimberly Hampton library on May 15. Dr. Sherbert is President of Sherbert & Associate located in Mauldin. He is also chairman of the business department at North Greenville College.
Dr. Sherbert stated that, “Workplace dynamics are changing at an incredible pace today.” We need to understand the different styles of communication, attitudes about work, and management styles in the workplace today.”
His discussion provided some of insights on the Generations at Work – The Veterans, The Baby Boomers, The Generation Xers, The Generation Nexters.
