A brand new upscale neighborhood named Audubon Acres located in Easley at Crestview Road and Couch Lane (adjoining Smithfield’s Golf course) held a ground breaking ceremony. Audubon Acres is a neo-traditional styled community, featuring 22 single family lots, along with a 50-unit town home area. Robert Sams of At Home Realty is the owner/developer and he or his associates can be reached at 306-2488. Reservations are now being taken.
Within the 22 single family lots are 7 golf course views and 4 waterfront lots. Prices range from $65,000 to $80,000. Homes will range from 2,400-5,000 sq. feet. The gated town home community consists of duplex style homes. Square footage of each home will range from approximately 1,400 to over 2,200. Town homes will start at $185,000.
The community is named after the naturalist James Audubon, who truly appreciated the beauty of nature. As a tribute to Mr. Audubon and his love of the great outdoors, Audubon Acres will include peaceful walking trails & lovely streams, with a priority of leaving as many trees as possible.
