The Powdersville Council held its monthly luncheon Thursday, April 24, 2008, at the Anderson County Library in Powdersville. The luncheon is held on the 4th Thursday of each month and is open to Powdersville Council members, perspective members and Easley Chamber members. The speaker for the lunch was John DeWorken, V.P. of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and a lobbyist for Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer and Anderson Chambers of Commerce.

Next month’s luncheon will be Thursday, May 22 at noon with guest speaker Michael Cogdill of WYFF. Call the Easley Chamber of Commerce at 859-2693 for reservations.
