Wingard Jewelers celebrated their 31st Anniversary and Grand Opening of their new downtown Easley location with a ribbon cutting ceremony. In 1976, David Wingard originally opened Wingard Jewelers at 114 E. Main Street. Because of the new Downtown revitalizations, Windgard decided to return to downtown at 112 E. Main Street and incorporate the antique ambience of the 100 year old building by refinishing the brick walls, pine flooring and doorways and adding a period style lighting and decor with more modern conveniences.
Wingard Jewelers is your “hometown” jewelry store with several experienced employees. In addition to David Wingard, who does all the watch and clock work, Donna Pace is the jeweler, Alanna Trotter is the engraver, Hugh Pace is the sales associate, and Elizabeth Haynes works in part-time sales. Wingard has a full service repair department where they do quality jewelry and clock/watch repairs on the premises. They specialize in repairs of all types of new and antique clocks, watches and jewelry, and will also customize jewelry and remounts. Wingard also does engraving on almost any item and can also do specialized engraving including Palmetto Trees, hearts, and logos such as the Greenwave and Blue Flame. Wingard Jewelers carries a full selection of quality diamonds, gemstones and gold jewelry, silver jewelry, watches, and giftware.
