The Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce held its 3rd Thursday Luncheon meeting on September 20, 2007 at the Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library. The Taste of Distinction served a delicious lunch to a near capacity crowd of Chamber members. The speakers for the luncheon were State Senator Larry Martin, representing Pickens County and State Representative Rex Rice, representing Easley and part of Greenville County. They spoke to the chamber about legislation in the Senate and the House this year that affect business. A question and answer period followed.

The next 3rd Thursday Luncheon will be October 18th at noon at Smithfields Country Club. Call the chamber and make reservations early to hear the three candidates for Easley Mayor speak.
