The Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce hosted the monthly Powdersville Luncheon at the Marathon Church Thursday, February 22, 2007. The featured speaker was Will Merritt, former Clemson football player who was two time all-ACC. Currently Will is owner of APEX Development Corp and perhaps best known for being a color commentator on the Clemson Radio Network. Mr. Merritt spoke about the importance of teamwork not only on the football field but in the business world.

The next Powdersville Luncheon will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2007, at the Marathon Church with speaker Ron Wilson, County Councilman from District #6.
