A native of Asheville, Susan has appraised real estate since 1992. “Wireless technology and the internet have dramatically changed our industry. I take my laptop on assignments and thanks to a wireless PC card, I can transmit information instantly to the lender as well as having the ability to pull up aerial images of properties or information about sales or listings while I’m in the field. It’s an invaluable tool.”

Susan provides residential appraisal services in Pickens, Anderson, Oconee, Greenville, and Laurens Counties. “My home is now in Easley so Pickens County is my main focus in appraising. Being a member of both Greenville and Anderson MLS services, I’m fortunate enough to have my coverage area include the other upstate counties as well.” Having a lengthy career in residential real estate appraising has given Susan a broad range of services and skills. “Providing a superior product within the time limits required by the client is very important to me. Equally as important to me is the customer service side to my business. Most of my clients are lenders, relocation companies, and developers. Building a relationship with a client and providing a service that will help them provide a better service to their clients gives me great satisfaction.
