Chamber welcomes new Pickens District Scout Executive

The Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce welcomes Adam Hammons as the new Pickens District BSA Executive. He will be responsible for the Pickens County and Powdersville area boy scouting program on the professional level. Currently there are about 1200 youth being served by scouting in the district.

Adam is a 2005 graduate from Clemson University. As a youth he was a scout in Greenville and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in troop 260. He is a resident of Powdersville.

“We are very pleased to have Adam on board with us in Pickens County and look forward to his leadership in the scouting program for the youth of our county.” stated Hamp Johnson, Pickens District Chairman.
